Returns & refunds

Unopened CDs may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Email us first and we will reply with the return address. Returns sent without contacting us cannot be tracked to your order.

Return postage is paid by the buyer, except where the CD arrived damaged, defective, or was not the title ordered — in those cases we cover return postage or simply send a replacement.

Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment within 5 business days of the returned CD arriving.

Opened or unsealed CDs can only be refunded if the disc is faulty.
